What

Our Pavilion is a treasure of our Show that highlights local talents.  Our pavilion volunteers are required to set up display areas, assist Stewards to collect, sort, arrange entries, keep areas clean and tidy and monitor display areas throughout the Show whilst patrons view the exhibits. Following the Show, you will be required to assist with pack down of display areas and ensure the pavilion is clean and tidy for the next Show.

Who

There is no skillset required to volunteer in the pavilion.

 

When

Our pavilion operates throughout the three days of the Show but requires extensive hours in the set-up and pack-up phases.

Saturday week prior – 9:00am – 3:00pm

Monday – 9:00am - 12:00pm

Tuesday – 9:00am - 12:00pm

Wednesday – 9:00am - 12:00pm

Thursday - 9:00am - 6:00pm

Friday – 7:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday – 9:00am to 6:00pm

Sunday – 9:00am – 6:00pm

Monday after Show – 8:00am – 12:00pm
